SHIPPING POLICY
Here at Videocraft Workshop we process orders Monday though Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Mountain Standard time. Confirmed orders are usually shipped out on the following business day. In the U.S., product is shipped via first class mail and usually arrives at its destination within four to five days. Priority shipping (two to three days) and Overnight shipping are available by request. Fees for shipping and handling are as follows: Standard $6.95. Priority $9.95. Overnight $19.95.

REFUND POLICY
We’re certain you will enjoy editing the professional footage in Videocraft Workshop’s START EDITING NOW! Refunds of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be made on any unopened or defective product within 20 days of the original purchase date. Product must be returned postage paid with all of the original packaging materials. Refunds on credit purchases will be made by the original payment method.
